Turbo Tax charges

This is my first year doing electronic filing and I just want to be sure I understand how the billing works.  I downloaded the desktop Deluxe edition which included the state return in early February.   A charge appeared on my credit card corresponding to the day of that download.  I submitted my Federal tax return last week but (and got a message that it was accepted) but I haven't yet submitted the state return.   All I'm trying to figure out is if amount I've been billed to date is all I'm going to be charged.  Thank you.

If you e-file your state return there is an additional $20 to e-file it, if you do so before 3/1/2023. Beginning on 3/1/2023 the e-file charge to e-file the state return increases to $25. However you can print your state return and mail it in at no additional charge.

The OP has the Downloaded program so giving the instructions for the Online program will not work well.
