TT2020 will not start my State (NM) tax return.

I select start for state tax return and TT2020 returns to  Start

I would suggest logging out of your TurboTax account, clear cache, and delete cookies. Then try logging back into your TurboTax account and see if you can begin your state return. Clearing storage did not fix my problem. NM state tax return will not launch.
