If that does not clear the problem and change your web browser to one of this that you are not currently using, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge
I am having the same problem and no browser or clearing of data changes the issue. The button is not working. How do I file an amended 2023 return?
I have cleared cache/cookies in both edge and chrome, but the button does not work in either browser.
