The IRS states that my information does not match what has been submitted, when sending a query to Where’s My Refund. What can be the issue?

I am using the identical information from my Turbo Tax forms.

You have to check all info. Check Filing status and ensure it’s correct and  your federal return as the amount listed not state and federal together.
