The IRS sees anything with a routing number and account number as a "bank account" so it is likely going to your prepaid Visa when they issue the refund. If your TurboTax fees are being deducted from it, it takes a few days for it to go through the third party bank before it goes on your card.
Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax. TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.
