It means that if you log in to your turbo tax on a different device. Turbo tax  automatically sends a message letting you know and asked if you assessed it and if not then contact them.

Accepted means your return was received and the basics (such as the correct social security number) seem to be in order. https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/return-status/help/what-does-accepted-mean/00/26285

If your return was accepted, then everything should be fine. If you would like to check on your account activity, you can do so by clicking here and following the directions.

Our system automatically sends emails when an account is logged into, or when a return is opened. Please see the TurboTax help topic below, on how to check the activity and how to protect your account:

How can I check the activity in my TurboTax account?

When your tax return is accepted by the IRS you can get a pretty good idea of when you will receive your tax refund from the IRS based on acceptance date in the chart with the article link provided below, but please remember these are only estimates:  https://www.cpapracticeadvisor.com/tax-compliance/news/21123770/chart-shows-estimated-irs-income-tax-refund-dates-for-2020.

Now, if you claimed the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) or the Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC) you may have a delay.

Please see this TurboTax FAQSome 2019 federal refunds are delayed due to the PATH Act for more information.

To check on a state refund please visit your state Department of Revenue website.

You may have accessed the return from a different device, for example app vs online or visa versa.  This doesn't mean a change was made.

What happen to me, i went to double check i put the correct account information down, so i had to access and download my tax info to look at it, and after i did that, turbo tax sent me and email.....I was so confused, i didn't know what that meant, so i did it again. So every time, you download your tax docs on pdf, turbo tax will send you an email stating that your information was accessed. Thats it. I thought something was wrong, but theres not.

The IRS issues most refunds in about 21 days, although some returns take more time to review.  Each state handles its own returns and processing times vary. To track your state refund please click the link below and select your state.
