Still have not recieved my return after a month

I filed my taxes early on February 13th and it’s been a little over a month since I filed and I have not recieved anything, I know it’s been accepted but I do not know if it’s being processed or if it was ever processed I’ve done it electronically before and I never had an issue now all of a sudden it’s an issue.

Have you checked the IRS website Where's My Refund, for information on your return & refund.

https://www.irs.gov/refunds

Since it is over 21 days you can call the IRS for information.

The IRS telephone number is 1-800-829-1040, and they are available from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. Monday thru Friday. The best time to call is early in the morning.

- The first question the automated system will ask you is to choose your language.
- Once you’ve set your language, do NOT choose Option 1 (regarding refund info). Choose option 2 for “Personal Income Tax” instead.
- Next, press 1 for “form, tax history, or payment”.
- Next, press 3 “for all other questions.”
-Next, press 2 “for all other questions.”
- When the system asks you to enter your SSN or EIN to access your account information, do NOT enter anything.
-After it asks twice, you will be prompted with another menu.
-Finally, press 2 for personal or individual tax questions. The system should then transfer you to an agent.

@jenchino14

Did you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund?  Is your refund taking an unusually long time to arrive?  Or was your refund seized to pay a debt you owed? if so, you signed an agreement that says TT can withdraw its fees from your account.  TurboTax would have sent several emails to you before they took the money out of your account.
