State tax

I was approved on Feb 5 of this year for my taxes.. But I had a issue with my old debt card handler so when the state taxes came my debt card was active so i never received it.  I did receive my federal taxes shortly after but still no state tax..

Was you debit card active or inactive? If it was inactive and the direct deposit was declined by the holder, then the state should issue a paper check and mail it to you at the address on your tax return.
