Somebody got into my account and put their bank info in place of mine and received and spent all my money. What do I do?

Report to the bank, police and if a refund was involved, the IRS. Chang passwords on financial accounts and freeze your credit accounts.

What happened?  Why do you think that?   Were you having the Turbo Tax fees deducted from your refund?   Then it does go through another bank account to take the fees out, so the bank account number will be different.  

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
