So status says refund was issued,but I still have not received my refund,what should I do?

Does the IRS federal tax refund status website indicate the refund was issued? - https://www.irs.gov/refunds

 

If so, did you request to have the TurboTax account fees paid from the federal tax refund?

What "status" says the refund was issued?  Where are you seeing that information?   Only the IRS can tell you if the refund was issued.  Are you seeing that on the IRS refund site?  Did you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund?   If you did, then your refund goes first to the third party bank which takes your fees out of the refund and then sends the rest of the refund to you.

 

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax.   TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
