So online it says my refund was accepted however i cant get any information on when im getting my return been trying to figure this out since i filled 1/27/20 im very confused help plz?

If you are sure your efiled return was accepted (check at the Tax Home in your Online TurboTax account), then what does the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool say:

NOTE: When using that tool, use only the Federal refund amount, and not any total refund amount that includes a state refund.
Look at your return.  The amount to use is on your Federal Form 1040, Line 21a.

 

Also be sure you enter the correct SSN and filing status there.

 

The IRS says 9 out of 10 filers who efile and choose direct deposit will get their refunds within 21 days. Some returns are processed fairly quickly, while others require additional processing due to specific items in the return. Some are pulled at random for more thorough investigation.

 

NOTE: By law (the PATH Act), the IRS will not begin issuing refunds on tax returns claiming the Earned Income Tax Credit or Additional Child Tax Credit until after February 15. So filers with those credits likely won't get their refunds until late February, or in some cases, early March.

It’s the middle of the night. They are probably updating the system. It was working just fine yesterday. I would check tomorrow during the day and not the middle of the night. Good Luck
