So basically it says my return is ready to mail and I looked up what does that mean and it was basically saying I have to print and mail but I don’t have a printer and library’s are closed b

If you cannot print it, you cannot mail it.  TurboTax does not/cannot mail it for you.  It can be printed from any computer that has internet access and a printer --- so if there is any way you can manage that, you could print it.

If the e-file is rejected then post back to us with the rejection message or rejection code.  We may be able to help you get it e-filed, but that will depend on the reason for the rejection.
