Should I speak to Turbotax Audit Defense about a bill I don't understand that I received for a past state filing (that was obviously done through Turbotax)?

I filed my 2021 federal and state returns (NY and NJ) through Turbotax, with the Turbotax MAX Bundle that included Audit Defense. I've just received a bill from the NJ Dept. of Taxation saying I owe them a large amount of money for that 2021 filing. Would Audit Defense help me with this, or just general Turbotax Customer Support?

Call TurboTax Audit Defense. As TurboTax notes: "(Audit Defense) Handling all communications, including letters and/or telephone calls with the IRS or State regarding the audit."
