Received W2-c after filing but original tax return. Boxes 1,3, and 5 were changed by the employer. Can I use turbo tax to e-file a change from this W-2c?

This W-2c is for a prior year.

TurboTax does not support e-filing of an amended tax return for a prior tax year, it can only be printed and mailed.

at least one person posted that 2021 1040-X was e-Filed this year.

Your best bet is to try it and see what happens.
