on March 4, 2022 I received an email with the subject "We’re sorry your TurboTax promo code didn’t work. We’re following up with a refund!"
true, I worked with someone over the phone and we weren't able to get the code to work.
the email said my refund would take 3-5 business days to appear in my account. I still haven't received my refund.
