As for Form M1PR, this form is now available according to this link. Please make sure your software is updated and try again. If you are using TurboTax Online, the software will be automatically updated.
If you are using TurboTax Desktop, select Online in the menu on the top, and then select Check for Updates.
If that does not update your program, you can also manually update your program.
