Need to file an amended Federal Return

I recd a K1 after federal was filed and accepted but before state filed. I was trying to update state only and ended up deleting the 1040x on the federal so that the state would flow properly. Now the federal wont show the 1040 x. how do I get it back.

If you deleted form 1040X, you won't be able to get it back. You'll need to delete the K-1 on your federal return and start the federal amend process over again. See How to amend (change or correct) a return you already filed?
