If you have already filed, you cannot change this yourself.
You will need to contact the NetSpend Visa Debit Card Customer Service Department directly at 1-855-646-8848 and ask them to change the address.
If you have not filed, you can go back to your TurboTax Online program and change your address under the Personal Information section.
I don’t think turbo tax is using Netspend this year. Looks like they have their own turbo tax card. Would you still call the number listed above? I’m having this same issue and when I call the number for the prepaid turbo tax number there telling me they can’t change the address

Are you trying to change your address in order to receive your card? Your card is sent to the address provided on your tax return. You should be able to create an account and login to that account to update your information. You can use your direct deposit information on your tax return. I’ve spoken with at least 5 reps and no one can seem to help me update my address. I’ve sent in multiple emails with the proper verifications and they are claiming that they can’t see the attachments which can’t be true because I’ve sent the same exact email to multiple people and every one is able to see the attachments except you guys. I’ve been calling since April 16ty trying to get a replacement card and no one can seem to help me update my address even though I’ve done everything that’s needed on my end. How is there no escalation department to sort things like this out? I was also told they can’t update my phone number on file which is just ridiculous. I need card and no matter how many times I call and no matter what I do no one helps me.

1) If you have registered your card and know your login credentials, you can request a replacement card by signing in to your Turbo Visa Debit Card account https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/account/report-lost-or-stolen.
2) If you don’t know your account login information, call 888-285-4169 for assistance.
You will not be charged for a replacement card or check; standard fees will be waived or refunded to you.
