Be sure you are entering the correct refund amount at the IRS website. Be sure you are using only the Federal refund amount. Don't include any state refund amount. Print out your Federal return and verify what is showing on it for the refund amount.

How long has it been since you filed? Did you file by mail or efile?
If you efiled, what do you see when you doublecheck with this tool to be sure the return was efiled successfully and accepted?

It was accepted according to the website and I can't get info from irs website or over the phone. It's been a month
