My state return doubled my tax withholding. How do I fix it

Your information will flow from the federal to the state return. If you had taxes withheld on your W-2 form revisit the Income and Expenses section in your federal return to make sure you entered the correct amount. 

  • Login to your account.
  • Select Federal from the left menu.
  • Go to Income and Expenses.
  • Select Edit next to your W-2

Make sure not to enter that amount in more than one place on your return.

Hello,

Turbo tax is doubling my state withholding.  On the W2 box 17, the state withholding is correct and matches my W2, however when I look at my state returns, it's doubling the withholding amount.  I've double checked all my entries and they are correct.  How can I correct this?
