On the IRS website you must enter Exactly the Social Security number, Filing Status and whole dollar amount of the Federal tax refund, just as it was entered on the federal tax return that was filed.
To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://myturbotax.intuit.com/">https://myturbotax.intuit.com/</a>
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

I did that and it says it can’t tell me anything and I’ve typed the information 100% correct I do this every year so idk how nothing comes up on there and nobody can talk to me over the phone or fix the problem simply.
If the IRS Accepted the tax return, then the tax refund information should be available on the IRS federal tax refund website.
Call the IRS: 1-800-829-1040 hours 7 AM - 7 PM local time Monday-Friday
When calling the IRS do NOT choose the first option re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.
So after first choosing your language, then do NOT choose Option 1 (refund info). Choose option 2 for "personal income tax" instead.
Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment".
Then press 3 "for all other questions."
Then press 2 "for all other questions."
if the IRS does not show your refund then you did not file, even though you think you did.
You should file now on paper via US Mail, since your e-file was probably rejected..
