My refund says it was accepted but irs.gov isn't showing any record of it. Can someone help? It says my estimated date to have my refund was 2/12/18

Mine was accepted 1/24/19. I received my state the 12th still no federal though and the app and online says I have to wait 24hrs before tracking which obviously I’m way over that

I am so glad I am not the only one. I don't think this is fair, they ARE filing singles before married, because we have EIC OR child credit, which already takes longer...(some singles I know, have already gotten their federal or state, or both back, with child credits...) & Another single friend, filed his a week ago and got his federal back... WTH!

I was going to start calling Tuesday or Wednesday because with EIC/Child credits or not, your suppose to get your taxes 21 days from 1/28, if you filed by then or before than!
Last year and the year before it was here by the 15th of February. BEFORE THAN, I USE TO HAVE THEM BACK BY FEBRUARY 1ST!

And if anything, something SHOULD BE SENT OUT TO THE PEOPLE WITH EIC/CHILD CREDITS, SAYING THEY WEREN'T GETTING REFUNDED UNTIL THE 27TH OF FEBRUARY! Instead of it saying that will have our taxes back by 2/13.... AND NOT.
No State or Federal.. UGH! AND NO DAMN LETTER SAYING IT'LL COME THE 27TH.

same thing happened to me. Put single instead of head of household and it should pull up. But it just says still processing. Hope that helps.

So my husband and I normally claim his taxes as head of household.... Noticed that it was under married- filing jointly.... BUT also in the refund amount box, it's suppose to be just your federal tax return accepted amount.... OOPS

I've never used my WMR before normally we got our taxes by the 15th, the lastest...

I changed it to head of household even though I filed single and you’re right it worked

Make sure you guys are entering the total amount for just the federal return, I entered the total with State return and that’s more than likely why it didn’t work the first time.

I filed married joint. Should I try another status? We only have 1 income (hubby) so we got EIC for the 1st time this year.  I know I'm entering info correctly.  Can anyone help? Thank u

I noticed that all the early filers got the message stating WRONG INFORMATION ENTERED. its like they did it on purpose so they can id verify or review us, just pay attention POST the date you filed i bet they all were early at the beginning of jan.

Man I have the exact same problem. I filed and was accepted on the 1st of Feb and I haven't received anything at all. My estimated date was the 20 and nothing has happened. It's really aggravating!

So I filed on Feb. 17th and it was accepted, the IRS WMR page said it was accepted for days, I check daily to see if it has moved to approved, and for the last 5 days its says there is NO information on file! I just tried to select single instead of Head if household like a few people have recommended and NOTHING, STILL NOTHING! I did file with EIC and the Child tax credit and tomorrow is the 27th (when they're supposed to be released) I'm in super panic mode because there was info on there but now there's not. I've tried calling the IRS numbers I can find with no luck. Anyone else having this issue?

I finally got to track it on the IRS website. I read one of the comments above and I was inputting the wrong total for my refund. I put the total refund amount instead of just the federal refund amount. It says tomorrow the 27th which is for people that also have EIC and child tax credit. It has been really aggravating because I've been reading horror stories about people getting their refund stolen via wrong info they put in. It's crazy.

What's weird is I got a thank you email from TurboTax and the bar was full but before the email it was halfway I'm praying for tomorrow
