My refund has been excepted by the irs and applied for a refund advance why havent i recieved the advance yet or an email about it?

When your Refund Advance funds are ready you'll receive an email with a virtual Turbo® Visa® Debit Card typically within 24-48 hours once your return is accepted. It may be taking longer than usual right now. If you did not qualify you would receive a email explaining why. The refund advance program is run through First Century Bank, a partner site, and they are responsible for determining if you qualify.
