My parents filled had to fill 1040X 17. While filling fafsa I am confused about what form to follow bcuz fafsa didn’t ask me if my parents had to fill amendment for 17

I am not sure which form should I follow. Because A) 1040A indicates my parents filling status as married filling separately and we changed it to married filling jointly under 1040X B) My parents got EIC after filling Amendment. Moreover, if I follow 1040A, fafsa is giving me an error because I mentioned my parents status as married.

On the FAFSA you use the information from your parents' amended return, so you would say that their filing status was "Married - filed joint return." That might eliminate the error that you got. If you still get an error, you will have to look for help on the FAFSA web site. Here is a link to FAFSA help.

Yes, you use the amended return for everything. You do it as if the amended return is the return that they originally filed.

Will it be a problem because fafsa indicates to put info from 1040A or 1040EZ or 1040? And indicates nothing about 1040X?

No, but when it asks you which form your parents filed, you have to indicate which form they would have filed if the changes from the 1040X had been included in their original tax return. Form 1040X is not really a tax return. It's a correction to a 1040, 1040A, or 1040EZ tax return. If your parents used TurboTax, in the PDF of their amended return there is a Form 1040, 1040A, or 1040EZ that includes the changes from the amended return. That's the form that you should refer to when you answer the FAFSA questions.

Originally my parents filled 1040A.

If they filed a 1040A, then you put the amended 1040A information on the FAFSA. However, it's possible that something they changed when they amended their return required using Form 1040 instead of 1040A. If that happened, then you have to put the 1040 information on the FAFSA. The only way to tell is to look at the forms in their amended return. It doesn't matter what they filed originally. What matters is which form was used for their amended return.

Would you please mind telling me where to look at the amended return about the form?

when you fill out an amendment, the revised 1040 (whichever one it is) is prepared for you. You don't file that. You file the form 1040X.
as per the instructions, Form 1040X becomes your new tax return.

I'm not sure I understand your question. Form 1040X does not tell you what the underlying main form is. If your parents used TurboTax, the PDF that contains their Form 1040X amended return will also contain the revised main form. You have to find the main form in the PDF to see whether it is 1040 or 1040A. If they did not use TurboTax, how you find out what the main form is will depend on how their amended return was prepared.
