Missing refund check

I filed my taxes through TurboTax, I chose direct deposit, but it was rejected by the bank, I spoke with 2 different TurboTax agents, both gave me two different answers, I finally contacted the IRS and I was advised my check was at Cross River bank, not using TurboTax again

If you are still having issues with getting your check cashed, you can also reach out to us with the information in this link.  Let the agent know you want to be transferred to the department that handles the up to 5 days early refund checks.  Then, let them know what is happening and request that a new check be sent to you.
