Missed filing 1099-R and I have already file the returns for 2024

I have filed the returns for 2024 and just realized that I missed filling the 1099-R for my post tax mega backdoor roth. Could you please let me know how do I report this on my current filing. Also realized I missed this for year 2023. Need to take care of this both the years.

Could you please suggest how to handle this case?

To confirm you rolled the after-tax funds into your Roth 401(k)?

If yes , then all you need to do is enter your Form 1099-R and answer the follow-up questions:

  1. Click on "Search" on the top right and type “1099-R”
  2. Click on “Jump to 1099-R” and enter your 1099-R with code G
  3. On the "Did you move this money from a 401(k) to a Roth 401(k)?" screen answer "Yes"
  4. Continue through the questions.

If the jump link doesn't work, select the "Wages & Income" tab and then scroll down to "IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan (1099-R)”.
