It cannot have been 5 months, since that means you would have filed in mid December 2017.
Today marks the 60th day that I received letter stating still being processed if no contact after 60 days call number listed . (I filed Feb 2018) So I called after seeing the "still being processed message" after waiting on phone for a rep 1.5 hrs , Rep. Said he sent a referral for a call back....guess when...yupp within another 60 days!!!!!! Straight up BS! Never in my life has my refund been stalled. Its May 24th 2019 and still no tax return!!!!!
