Issue with the Refund Advance

I was accepted on Feb. 12 and I still have not received an email stating If I was accepted or not for the advance but on my TurboTax home page it’s says I was approved for 1500 and it should be on my on card within 24-48 hours. It’s now the 17th and still nothing. Can I get some help with this or some information of what is going on. Thank you prior to any help that is given.

We are unable to process sensitive information over the online forum.
