Is your company large enough that the employer or payroll department posts them on a website where employees can download them to print out? Check with your employer/payroll office to see if they provide this service.
If your employer is an import partner with TurboTax, you *might* be able to import it before you get it in the mail. However, in many cases, you will need a code or other information from the actual W-2 to use for verification to import. See this FAQ:

If your company makes W-2 forms available on line, you may be able download it before you actually get the form. You would need to contact your employer to see if that is an option.
What you shouldn't do is file your tax return before getting your W-2 information.
If you still don't have your W-2 by the end of February and you have contacted your employer, you can call the IRS at 800-829-1040 and then file Form 4852. Form 4852 is a substitute for Form W-2. Click here to learn more.
