If I selected the Credit Card payment choice, will it automatically happen or do i need to do something. The reason i am asking is i put my card information in turbo tax and was charged a fee.
There is nothing more that you need to do. The processor will will debit your account. The convenience fee was charged to your account so you know the processor has your payment information.
TurboTax does not pay your taxes. If you selected to pay by credit card, the third party processor authorized by the IRS debits your credit card account to pay the IRS.

I filed my 2019 return electronically but my bank wasn't notified of my payment due the IRS. What happened, do /i owe the IRS a check? My tin; [social security number removed]
You can check the method you chose to pay your tax due by following the instructions in this TurboTax Help topic.
If you chose direct debit and gave your bank information, then the IRS will be paid by your bank.
If you chose Pay by check, then you need to send a check together with the voucher 1040-V to the IRS by July 15, 2020.
