IRS didn't receive my tax return

In 2020, I efiled using TurboTax 2020.

Now, I have already upgraded to TurboTax 2021, so there is no record other than the saved file in the My Documents folder for 2020.

The IRS sent me a letter dated Jan 24, 2022 saying that it never received my tax return, but they do have my payment.

How do I get this fixed?

And why do I have to come here to ask a question instead of sending an email to TurboTax?

E-mail is not one of the ways to contact TurboTax.  So.....you came to the user forum.   The IRS cashed your check and you have proof that you paid your tax due.   The IRS is asking you to send a copy of the return to them---so do it.   Even if you sent it previously, sometimes they do lose things.    Print the return, sign it ink and mail it to them according to the directions in the letter the IRS sent you.

To get a copy of your previously filed returns prepared with online TurboTax https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1900748-how-do-i-get-a-copy-of-a-return-i-filed-in-turbotax-online

You are posting from TurboTax Business.   If that is what you used for the return in question then the tax file is only stored on your own hard drive or any backup device you used.

I have the saved file in the My Documents, but I see no way to verify that Turbo Tax e-filed. That's what I was asking: How do I tell that Turbo Tax submitted it?

Normally, I get emails and such, too, but I never got those last year.

It's a big package. I think it was close to 50 pages. I don't have a printer. So that means I have to go to Kinko's or somewhere to have all of my forms printed, get an envelope to send it all in, and then make a trip to the post office to re-mail it.

It's just a hassle, and I wanted to see if Turbo Tax ever actually sent it. I guess they didn't, but there's no proof of it because that data was in TurboTax 2020 which upgraded to TurboTax 2021 and discarded the old records. 2021 doesn't even want to import my TurboTax 2020 return because it can't read it.
