Im still new to doing taxes online or in general, my state tax keeps getting sent back "incorrect" and i dont know what im doing wrong or what i am missing, help?

what is the message or error code

i keep getting an email back saying my state file was incorrect, and now it says my Personal file is incorrect, no error codes
