If Turbotax is charging my Debit account due to delay in my refund will Turbotax not deduct service fees from my refund which is now confirmed?

The IRS confirmed my refund to be released on July 3rd. Turbotax emailed me saying they will charge my Debit card instead due to the delay by the IRS.

Call them.  If you’re in need of assistance, call us by the Tuesday prior to your debit date at 1-888-808-1723 to speak with a trained specialist and mention “auto-debit”, or visit TurboTax Support.

Thank you for your reply, but I have already called that number and was only assisted by an automated system assistant. There was no option to speak to a live person. When I stated "auto-debit" all I got in return was a list of explanations that matched exactly what the original email I received from them stated. I just want clarification that if my Refund from the IRS is processed before July 15 that Turbotax will not doule-charge me by deducting service charges from my debit card as they said they would in their Jun 22nd email to me.
