If the preparers,turbo tax, mess up on my return and I receive nothing, what should I do?

My check was taken by over looked debts i owe. Is there a guarantee for premium members

Why do you think Turbotax did anything wrong? Overlooked debts are not part of any tax program.

TurboTax never knows if you owe back taxes, child support, etc.---how would a software program know that (but you probably knew.......)   The software did not "mess up".   If your refund was seized for a debt you owed the IRS or state will send you a letter about it.

And if you were having the TT fees withheld from the refund that will never come then you are responsible for paying them ...  4 emails will be sent alerting you to the impending debit on your account.
