I was approved for the advance but that was on Jan 26th 2022 its now Feb 12th 2022 and I have not gotten it still
I am currently without a phone so I cant talk to support I have a laptop but still cant get any answers, the last time I talked to someone they said everything looked good on the TurboTax side that I needed to talk to CreditKarma they are not responding

The refund advance is all handled by Credit Karma. Once the return is submitted, we do not have any information on the refund advance.
They push it back to yall and the IRS and its harder than hell to get through to them right now so the issue now is I am not paying for what I didnt get
