I want to see line 9 on my 2020 Form 1040. Do I have to file before it will let me see the return?

I can't see the return.  Do I have to file before the program will let me see it?

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen. Click on Tools. Click on View Tax Summary. Click on Preview my 1040 on the left side of the screen.
