I've filed a tax return in February 2018 using your system. There was some problems back then, so I didn't receive anything. I am trying to re-do the process,what do I do

Yes, it was. There was no problem by your side, only the IRS wanted me to verify my identification which I was not able to back then. I called them and solve the identification problem 2 months ago, but now I am not able to see whether the process continues or it got cancelled since I am not getting any feedback from the IRS. The account that I used during the e-file also got deleted I suppose, I'm not able to retrieve any information from your side as well.

It sounds like you have already e-filed for 2018 because the IRS did receive it but just had it under review. You should only amend if you need to change something on your return. You can try following the instructions in the article below access your prior-year return.
