Please try logging completely out of the TurboTax website, then clear your browser's cache and delete cookies. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. If that doesn't work, try a different browser.

BUT if I opened the documents not on the server but through my separate adobe reader, everything came through. I guess something about opening it online is wonky. Took a while to figure it out, though!

OK, thanks to the internet forums -- problem solved. If you encounter pdfs that are blank (all the fields Turbo Tax was to fill are still blank) you may have a "full cache" problem. You may empty your cache -- or better, just find a different browser (like Microsoft's never-used "EDGE") (or Firefox, etc) and go to the TurboTax site via Microsoft Edge, open the tax pages you need, download, but make sure you open them in something different than your usual browser (my Chrome cache is full, evidently). Opening it in Microsoft Edge -- everything is suddenly filled in! Hit print and mail in.
