I submitted my return on 2/28 and it was accepted on 2/28 . I still haven't received the refund . Checking the IRS tool says they are still processing my return.

Once the IRS has accepted your return, it then goes into processing status until they review and approve your return. Keep checking the IRS Where's My Refund site. The IRS updates the site once a day usually in the overnight hours.
