If you filed your return without entering in banking information to receive direct deposit, the IRS and your state should issue you a check and mail it to the address on the return.
Thank you for the help. I never requested it to be mailed. I clicked on sending it to my bank account and it never asked me for routing numbers. Does this also mean ill receive it by mail? I looked at the information and the routing numbers and account numbers were x'd out. Just wondering if those numbers match my bank info or not because I cannot find a way to view my bank information.
I submitted my e-file and it never asked for my bank info. I am not sure where the return will be going and I would like to know if I am able to receive the return or not
If you started your tax return with last years information via a transfer in TurboTax and had previously populated direct deposit information for your prior year tax return that would have also populated.
Please see this TurboTax FAQ for the steps to review the method selected for an anticipated refund for a tax return you filed this year: How do I review the federal refund method I chose after filing with TurboTax Online?
