I selected the date of 4/14 to pull the Federal funds I owe from my account, how do I now change this date to an earlier date?

You can’t change your payment date in TurboTax after your return has been accepted, but you can cancel it and make other payment arrangements with the IRS (Payments | Internal Revenue Service).
