(When I was in the help section, it asked me if I had the common error many had last year where turbo tax accidentally added a line twice ... I tried to find out more information but the screen froze and I wonder if anyone has access to this information? Additionally, I amended my return for last year and sent my state tax in. They amended it to a higher amount and I haven't had any luck getting through to talk to a turbo tax CPA/ specialist. When I call in with my ticket number, it just explains what a CPA is to me... an automated recording and I never proceed to talking to a person. Help!

This was a public forum question. I was in the help section of turbo tax and turbo tax asked if I was asking about the mistake in turbo tax last year, in which a line was added twice to many returns. I am trying to find out which line this would be so I can check last year's return but the system hasn't been able to answer this question in the online forum. It gives me a ticket number but when I call in and give my ticket number to the automated response, I don't get a person and am disconnected.

Turbo Tax sent out an email about doubling an amount carried over from your 2019 state tax return involving either the refund amount or balance due.
