I saw that I was automatically billed for 2017 Turbo Tax. I do not want this service. I have not downloaded anything. I would like to cancel this and be credited back. TY

It sounds like you have a TurboTax Advantage account (annual subscription).

You can use the online refund request form to request a refund:

You also need to cancel your Advantage subscription so the same thing won't happen again next year.   The FAQ below will tell you how.   Your Advantage account is not the same as your regular TurboTax account, if you have both.  If you can't find your Advantage account, report back, and we'll tell you how to look for multiple accounts.
