I received my state return from MN but no Fed as yet. How do I get my money back that I paid extra when filing to have my State and Federal combined in direct deposit?

The state and federal government income tax refund systems are independent and are processed using different time schedules.

Your company advertises that my state and fed returns goes to you and you then issue it as one transaction, for this I paid an additional fee, I have been doing this for a couple of years now, and usually have my return within 10 days , I just received the state and no sign of Fed as of yet.  I think you better look at your own deals that you offer and the free charge? that cost me $79.00 to e-file, I never choose to use deluxe turbo, but was forced to I guess.  you advertise on TV Free, Free, Free, Free to all

I am not an employee of TT, so I cannot do anything about the way TT uses its Free, Free, Free offers.

why would you want to pay money to make that happen?
It sounds silly.

No you misunderstood.  The extra charge was only to have the fees for both federal and state taken out of your federal refund.   Sorry you can not get federal and state refunds together.  They come from different places and at different times.

To track your state refund,

You paid the extra charge for the Refund Processing Service

It seems this year federal has been taking longer.  A lot of people are getting their state refunds before federal.
