I received my refund on my turbo tax card but I cannot use the card! Called the green dot bank they can’t do anything!!!!! I can’t use my refund!

Have you created an online account and activated the card?

I can’t use mines either. There is an issue with some cards declining transactions so they have to send out a new one.
