I received a letter from IRS stating Schedule 1 is incomplete or missing from my return. I don't know what this means.

It says to complete the schedule with information that supports $445 on line 8a , form 1040. Also attach all supporting forms or schedule as required.

Did you fail to include the Sch 1 when you mailed in your return ?   Print one off now and see which lines are used in part 2 ... did you miss sending in other forms?

When Turbo tax filed my taxes. Somehow the IRS didn’t get Schedule 1 or it was incomplete. How does Turbo tax fix this.?

Here's Schedule 1.  Did you have any of these items?  https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040s1.pdf

Look at your tax return.  Anything on lines 8 or 10?

Schedule 1 is incomplete or missing from your return.  Complete the schedule with information that supports $29,294.00 on line 10 of 1040SR.  Also attach all supporting forms or schedules, as required.  Also, attach all supporting forms or schedules, as required.

@jlaetz Did you file by mail and forget to include a copy of Schedule 1?   Here is what it looks like:

There are a lot of possible kinds on income and information that could have been on your Schedule 1.  We cannot see your tax return so we cannot guess why you have that $29,294 on line 10 of your Form 1040.  Better print out your tax return with the schedules and see what you entered.   And then follow the IRS instructions for sending in the Schedule 1 to them.
