I printed my payment receipt it's now frozen on top of my tax returns and I cannot print my or file my taxes thru E-filing???

I used my credit card to pay for Ohio State filing and it's now frozen on my computer and won't let me continue???

MY SITUATION WAS FIXED BY THE COMMUNITY.
MY TAXES HAVE NOW BEEN FILED...
