I printed my 2020 return not realizing that made it uneditable. How do I create a completely new return?

Please follow these steps to open your return back up as long as you haven't actually filed the return:

1. In TurboTax Online, sign into your account.
2. Select Tax Home in the left menu.
3. Scroll down to Your tax returns & documents.
4. Select Add a State (you're not actually adding a state, this opens the return back up)

If all this doesn't work, then that you will need to create a new account.
