I prequalified for the refund advance loan and I meet all the requirements but still wasn’t approved. Why?

Only the bank can answer that question ... and like all rejected loans a letter of denial should come in the mail.

For questions regarding your Refund Advance status, you will need to reach out to Credit Karma. You can contact them by clicking here

Although TurboTax and Credit Karma are both a part of Intuit, they are separate products. Please see  Is Credit Karma a part of TurboTax? for more information.

REFUND ADVANCE LOANS

No-one in the user forum can see your information, so we cannot tell you why you did not qualify for the advance.   It might have something to do with the state you live in, or you might have some other disqualifying reason—-we cannot see nor can we exert any control over it.

Did I say anyone could? Nope, I was simply posting for information, not my information, but information on if people were having similar issues but since you have the answer go ahead I’m still listening….

You should receive an email from First Century Bank explaining why you were not eligible for the Refund Advance. Please make sure you check your junk and spam folders if you do not see the email in your inbox. You can also check out Offer details and disclosures for the Refund Advance program for more information regarding qualifications.

@MoniqueLO_ I did the reason they gave me was bull**bleep**. I don’t owe the irs anything I checked with them 3 days in a row to be for sure. So again I will never use TurboTax again due to this false advertisement and lies. Scamming people out of their money.
