I paid but will not be filing with Turbotax. Can I apply the payment to another product? or get a refund?

This is mainly a user community forum.   For anything account-specific in regard to fees, you'll need to phone Customer Support during business hours to discuss your situation.  They may say that paying indicated acceptance of the terms, but I don't work for TurboTax, so you'll just need to phone and plead your best case.

 

Hours are 5AM-5PM Pacific (8AM-8PM Eastern) Monday-Friday.
